1. Return Eligibility

 

You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received the wrong item

To be eligible:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging, accessories, and invoice
  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product has been used or worn
  • Product is damaged due to misuse or mishandling
  • Missing original packaging or accessories
  • Return request raised after 7 days

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Share:
    • Order ID
    • Product images/videos (if damaged/defective)
  3. Our team will review and confirm within 24–48 hours

👉 If approved, return instructions will be provided.

 

 

 

4. Replacement Policy

  • We offer free replacement for damaged/defective/wrong items
  • Replacement will be shipped after verification

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Product is out of stock for replacement
  • Return is approved but replacement not possible

Refund Method:

  • Prepaid orders → refunded to original payment method
  • COD orders → refunded via bank transfer / UPI

Refund Timeline:

  • Processed within 5–7 business days after approval

6. Return Shipping

  • If the issue is from our side → we bear return cost
  • If return is due to customer reason → customer may bear shipping charges

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing order
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
